A little about me
I’m curious, non-judgemental and love my job. I take a tailored and collaborative approach to therapy, treating every individual with respect. My ultimate aim is to empower those who see me with the insight and ability to achieve their goals and develop a practical knowledge they can use to enrich their lives.
To achieve the best results, I am a firm believer in evidence-based practice and will always discuss the best options for treatment. I regularly check in to see what is and isn’t working and am constantly updating my knowledge and skills.
During my practice, I’m fortunate to have seen a wide range of people and presentations across the lifespan (children/adolescents, adults, older adults). I am particularly interested in helping people build healthy relationships, whether that be between couples, friends or in the workplace. I’ve developed specialized expertise in ADHD and ASD in both adults and children and welcome neurodiversity. I also hold a position at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in psych-oncology, helping people adjust to and manage major health conditions.
I completed my undergraduate psychology training at UNSW, and Master of Clinical Psychology at Western Sydney University.

A bit more about me
What has working in and studying psychology taught you?
The human brain is fascinating: constantly assessing the world around us and preparing us for action. It should really come with an operating manual.
What is your self-care ritual?
All the boring stuff. Spending time with friends and family. Good food. Getting outside (love a game of golf).
A fun fact about me
I used to work as a writer for TV.
