A little about me
I am passionate about helping people deepen their understanding of themselves and the world around them. I offer a warm and curious space where you can authentically explore impactful or distressing life experiences. My support covers both internal work (improving mood, regulating distress, processing experiences) and enhancing relational growth (improving communication, gaining insight into relationship patterns, improving assertiveness, and needs expression). My experience spans working in private practice and non-government organisations across Australia and New Zealand.
I aim to provide a holistic, relational, and collaborative approach, integrating evidence-based practice with a high level of cross-cultural awareness. I work within an intersectional lens, blending established modalities of Schema Mode Therapy, Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioural approaches, and somatic/mindfulness practices. Our collaboration is tailored to your unique goals, whether that means improving emotional expression and regulation, building resilience against distress, enhancing relational health, clarifying identity or life direction, or gaining perspective on your experiences. I believe my clients are the experts on their inner world, and my position is to help facilitate insight and promote change into the behaviours and emotional patterns that may be shaping your life.
