A little about me

I take a strengths-based, collaborative, and compassionate approach to support my clients in their wellbeing journey. My evidence-based practices help clients foster healthy personal and interpersonal relationships, build helpful and personalised coping strategies to manage distress and challenging seasons, and gain the capacity for self-insight and growth.

My experience includes working with youth, adolescents, adults, and elderly populations from diverse backgrounds in both not-for-profit and group therapy settings, through both in-person and telehealth services. I apply a contextual lens to wellbeing through acknowledging the impacts of cultural, familial, spiritual, and societal factors on mental health and aim to help people overcome challenges, transform, and flourish.

Trained in New Zealand, my qualifications include a Master of Health Science and Bachelor of Health Science (Psychology). I hold dual registration as a psychologist in both Australia and New Zealand.

A fun fact about me is…
One of my favourite memories is going bungy jumping in New Zealand right after receiving some words of wisdom from a monk!
