A little about me

I am dedicated to creating a warm, non-judgemental, and safe space for all my clients as we work together to navigate your therapeutic journey. My goal is to collaboratively work with you to understand your difficulties, set goals, build on your strengths, and develop a personalised toolbox of coping strategies. I strongly believe therapy is an empowering and fulfilling experience that promotes personal growth and a more meaningful life, and I see it as an absolute privilege to support you through this.

I am particularly interested in supporting individuals experiencing relationship and interpersonal difficulties. Whether it’s navigating heartbreak and relationship breakdowns or communication and setting boundaries, as well as many other difficulties that can often arise in relationships. Beyond that, I am passionate about assisting people in finding ways to cope with anxiety, including worry, generalised anxiety, social anxiety, and perfectionism.

I have experience working across a range of private settings and not-for-profit organisations. I completed my Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at the University of Western Sydney and my Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney.
