A little about me

I chose to pursue psychology as I am fascinated by the things we often leave unsaid, yet affect our life in profound ways. I view the therapy room as a safe space for reflection and growth, that is solely focused on you. I adopt a collaborative, strengths-based approach, believing that each individual is equipped with unique strengths and resources.

I believe that therapy looks different for everyone, and work with you to find an approach that best suits your individual needs. It is my honour to journey with you in unpacking experiences and emotions, creating meaningful changes in line with your values, and finding a path forward.

I completed my undergraduate training at the University of Queensland and my postgraduate training at the University of New South Wales. I have experience in both public health and private practice settings, and enjoy working across a range of presentations.

A bit more about me
What has working in and studying psychology taught you?
We learn something from every client we work with, and people are much more than their problems. Emotions are important and serve a purpose, and understanding them can help us take small yet incredibly meaningful steps towards change.

What is your self-care ritual?
I enjoy filling my cup by spending time with friends and family, hiking and going to the beach, and getting immersed in fantasy worlds through media.

A fun fact about me
I love cats and once adopted a pet cat who followed me home after I fed her!
