A little about me
Having worked with people my entire career, I’m deeply passionate about walking alongside them as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly heard, supported, and understood. A space that’s safe and inclusive, and where growth feels possible.
What I find most fulfilling in my work is helping people make sense of the stories that shape their lives. Together, we explore how personal experiences connect to broader patterns, opening up new ways of understanding, coping, and moving forward with greater resilience.
I’ve worked across public and private settings, including community mental health, multidisciplinary teams, and private practice. This has given me the flexibility and insight to support a wide range of individuals and challenges, and has made my approach to therapy compassionate and collaborative, guided by strong clinical foundations. I believe that therapy should feel purposeful and tailored to the individual. That’s why I take a holistic, personalised approach, drawing on evidence-based practices that align with your unique goals and circumstances.
I hold a Bachelor of Counselling and Psychology and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Edith Cowan University, as well as a Master of Psychology (Clinical) from the Institute for Social Neuroscience. I’m currently completing the Clinical Psychology Registrar Program and am committed to continuous learning to make sure the care I provide is always evolving and informed.

A bit more about me
What has working in and studying psychology taught you?
I have learned the value of curiosity over judgement, and the importance of creating a space where clients feel safe to explore who they are and what matters to them. Most of all, it has deepened my understanding of how complex, resilient, and unique people truly are, teaching me that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process.
What is your self-care ritual?
I make time for running or for going to the gym, which helps me clear my mind and feel grounded. I also love exploring local food markets and discovering new places to eat. When I need to recharge, I turn to art in its many forms, whether it is a quiet gallery visit or finding inspiration in film, TV series, or music. These rituals help me stay balanced, curious, creative, and emotionally available at work.
A fun fact about me
I am fluent in both French and English (though my name may have already given that away!)
