A little about me

My goal is for every child to build a strong foundation for their future. My career, past experience and passion in child psychology has allowed me to develop a profound understanding of child development and the unique challenges that children and families face. This has allowed me to bring a warm and empathetic approach to my clinical expertise in order to create a safe, non-judgemental and supportive environment where children can explore their emotions, thoughts and behaviours.

I believe in tailoring treatments that meet the unique needs of each child, foster resilience and empower them to overcome their biggest and scariest challenges. With a Bachelor of Arts-Psychology (Honours) and a Masters of Clinical Psychology, evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Family Systems are at the heart of my therapeutic approach.

My deep sense of empathy and unwavering commitment to early intervention for a child’s well-being lets me focus on making an impactful, powerful and lasting difference in their lives. At the end of the day, my main focus is to help young individuals grow, thrive and unlock their full potential to lead fulfilling lives.
