A little about me
In the therapy room, my main priority is to create a collaborative and non-judgemental environment, where clients feel empowered. Empowered to challenge obstacles, explore, discover, and apply new perspectives and life skills. My therapeutic approach is driven by compassion, collaboration, and curiosity. My aim? To help you establish achievable goals so that you feel empowered to overcome challenges, make steps towards meaningful change, and live a life aligned with your own values.
Using evidence-based therapies, I create a tailored treatment plan based on your unique needs and goals. We’ll use the past to better understand and navigate your journey, while drawing on your strengths and focusing on the here-and-now to explore your experiences.
My experience in both public and private settings has crafted my interest in working with older adolescents and adults of all backgrounds with a broad range of concerns. I have found passion in helping adults understand the function of their emotions and behaviours. I love supporting them with challenges related to anxiety, mood, neurodiversity, emotion dysregulation, identity, and interpersonal and workplace-related difficulties. I also have a strong interest in working with people who are facing adjustment difficulties from life changes and physical illness or disability.
I completed my undergraduate psychology degree at the University of Sydney, and my postgraduate degree in clinical psychology at Macquarie University.

Taking my dogs to the park, getting outdoors with friends, and watching a good TV series.
A fun fact about me
I’m originally from Darwin and grew up surrounded by crocodiles and jellyfish — so big thoughts and feelings don’t scare me!
