A little about me

Having worked with private clients in private practices since 2005, I had a passion to create a different type of psychology clinic. I created Mind Matters with a vision to offer a unique mental wellness experience that was far from your traditional clinic. To create an optimal environment where diverse needs are met, life’s many complexities are simplified, and solutions are found. To address mental health needs from a charming practice that is a world away from the sterile and intimidating health practices we know.

Alongside making sure that your experience feels far from clinical or impersonal, my primary goal is ensuring that the wellbeing and needs of my clients are well looked after. I’m dedicated to remaining current in my psychological knowledge and keeping abreast of thinking across a wide range of areas in psychology. Due to this, I’m able to work with a wide range of presenting problems and am skilled at adapting therapy to meet the needs of each client.
