I aim to create a relaxed environment where you feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely heard. To achieve this, I strive to create authentic connections through a client-focused and collaborative approach to therapy. I believe that feeling understood and supported is an important foundation for change, and that this is the key to moving towards your goals in a way that feels right for you.
Because of these aims, my work will be largely guided by your needs and values. Together, we can work through challenges, build on your strengths, and develop practical strategies that support your well being both within and beyond the therapy room.
As someone who has always had a strong interest in people and the art of conversation, I feel privileged to support people through therapy and value the trust that my clients place in me.
I have obtained a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) at the University of Tasmania and my Master of Clinical Psychology at Macquarie University. Throughout these studies, I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based psychological practice.
