therapies I use:

My biggest goal is creating a warm and non-judgemental space where my clients feel seen and heard and are comfortable exploring and understanding the challenges they’re facing. With a therapeutic approach that’s driven by my values of empathy, kindness, and curiosity, I work hard to help you develop meaningful goals for the changes you want to make.

Evidence-based therapies will help us explore your experiences and guide us on a journey towards your goals, while a strength-based approach will empower you to manage future distress and live a life aligned to your values.

While my clients come from a variety of cultural backgrounds in both a public and private setting, I have a particular interest in helping adults and couples understand their emotional and behavioural functioning and supporting them with challenges related to emotional dysregulation or suppression, relationships, self-esteem, and assertiveness. I also have experience and a strong interest in working with people who are facing difficulties related to PTSD, personality, and anxiety related symptoms.

I completed my undergraduate Psychology degree at the University of New South Wales and my postgraduate degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney.
