As a psychologist, I work hard to make clients feel safe and empowered, both in our sessions and in life. My warm, person-centred and strength-based approach allows for collaborative work, where clients are active participants in their well-being journey. I honour the expertise each client brings, and am committed to making the evidence-based skills I offer useful and meaningful. My goal is to help clients gain a better understanding of their experiences, respond effectively to life’s challenges, and find a sense of agency to live in line with their values.
My experience involves working with clients across a range of ages, presentations and settings. This has included working with children and adults in individual therapy, delivering parenting programs for anxiety and behavioural difficulties, and supporting patients with cancer and their carers in a hospital inpatient/outpatient service. I completed my undergraduate and postgraduate training at The University of Sydney and completed part of my postgraduate training at The University of New South Wales.
