I work with a wide range of challenges, with a focus on helping people with mental and physical health conditions — such as chronic pain (pain lasting for 3+months), chronic fatigue, and long COVID. I also specialise in working with people experiencing trauma, long standing depression and anxiety and perfectionism, as well as those managing life transitions including but not limited to grief and breakups, and those dealing with relational issues (family, friends, romantic)
My experience began in 2015 and ranges across public and private sectors, with a holistic approach to care where I consider all aspects of a person’s life. I provide person-centered support in a gender-diverse and neurodiverse affirming environment and always collaborate closely with a person’s treating team (like their GP and other allied health professionals) to ensure comprehensive, best practice care.
