What has working and studying in psychology taught you?

That being trusted with someone’s story is a real privilege. The human brain is endlessly fascinating, but what I value most is working alongside people to understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful change in their lives.

What is your self-care ritual?

Movement and connection. Pilates or a walk helps me reset, and spending time with family and friends always fills my cup. I’m also a big believer in an early night and a good movie when I need to recharge.

A fun fact about me:

I love travel, especially discovering new places with my kids.
