I am a warm, empathetic, and compassionate psychologist who believes growth happens through genuine curiosity, connection, and collaboration. My approach is client-centred, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming, with a focus on fostering self-acceptance, agency, and confidence.
I view therapy as a collaborative partnership, with you as the expert in your own life. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space for reflection, insight, and evidence-based strategies, while gently challenging and encouraging you to make meaningful change. Building relationships grounded in trust, respect, and authenticity is central to my practice.
My professional and academic journey has taken me across Ireland, the United Kingdom, and Australia, enriching both my personal and professional perspective. I feel incredibly fortunate to have worked with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, age groups, and life experiences across public, private, and community settings. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for the uniqueness of every person’s story and continue to inform the way I practise.
I am passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their authentic selves, let go of coping strategies that no longer serve them, and move towards greater self-acceptance and self-compassion. This is especially important in my work with neurodivergent adults.
