I am a registered psychologist dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and understood. I believe meaningful change is built on trust, curiosity, and compassion, with space for gentle humour when it helps ease the weight of difficult experiences. We will collaboratively explore your concerns, draw on your strengths, and develop practical, evidence-based strategies tailored to your goals supporting you to create lasting change that reflects your values and individual needs.
I have experience working with a wide range of clients across public health and university clinic settings. I completed my Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), Master of Research in Psychology, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology, and Master of Clinical Psychology at Macquarie University. My research and clinical training enhance my therapeutic work by enabling me to offer compassionate, personalised support grounded in established, evidence-based approaches.
