I’m curious, non-judgemental and love my job. I take a tailored and collaborative approach to therapy, treating every individual with respect. My ultimate aim is to empower those who see me with the insight and ability to achieve their goals and develop a practical knowledge they can use to enrich their lives.
To achieve the best results, I am a firm believer in evidence-based practice and will always discuss the best options for treatment. I regularly check in to see what is and isn’t working and am constantly updating my knowledge and skills.
During my practice, I’m fortunate to have seen a wide range of people and presentations across the lifespan (children/adolescents, adults, older adults). I am particularly interested in helping people build healthy relationships, whether that be between couples, friends or in the workplace. I’ve developed extensive knowledge in ADHD and ASD in both adults and children and welcome neurodiversity. I also hold a position at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in psych-oncology, helping people adjust to and manage major health conditions.
I completed my undergraduate psychology training at UNSW, and Master of Clinical Psychology at Western Sydney University.
