I chose to pursue psychology as I am fascinated by the things we often leave unsaid, yet affect our life in profound ways. I view the therapy room as a safe space for reflection and growth, that is solely focused on you. I adopt a collaborative, strengths-based approach, believing that each individual is equipped with unique strengths and resources.
I believe that therapy looks different for everyone, and work with you to find an approach that best suits your individual needs. It is my honour to journey with you in unpacking experiences and emotions, creating meaningful changes in line with your values, and finding a path forward.
I completed my undergraduate training at the University of Queensland and my postgraduate training at the University of New South Wales. I have experience in both public health and private practice settings, and enjoy working across a range of presentations.
