As a psychologist, my goal is to create a warm, non-judgemental, and safe space where you will feel heard, supported, and understood. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and I am committed to helping you explore your challenges with curiosity, kindness, and empathy.

Tailoring my approach to your unique needs, values, and goals, I use evidence-based techniques that focus on building strengths while also creating space for vulnerability and self-compassion. Whether I’m working with children, adolescents, or adults, I strive to empower you with the skills and confidence to navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change.

Having worked in the public sector for many years, I’ve been lucky enough to support individuals from diverse age groups, presentations, and cultural contexts—including working with Indigenous populations. From this, I truly learnt the value of a holistic approach, and one that recognises the many factors that shape a person’s well-being.

What has working and studying in psychology taught you?

The importance of being open-minded and curious. It’s a great recipe for connection.

What is your self-care ritual?

Exercise, especially weightlifting, kickboxing, or simply going for a walk. I also love coffee, music, and a beach swim (even in winter!).

A fun fact about me:

I once spent four days on the back of a motorbike, riding through the Vietnamese mountains — unforgettable!
