Subsequent therapy sessions $150

Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) with First Class, currently finishing Master of Psychology (Clinical)


Vivian is a warm and open-minded Provisional Psychologist who is committed to helping people through life’s diverse challenges. She is passionate about creating a non-judgmental space to allow individuals to freely express their vulnerability and struggles.

Vivian has worked with an array of clients from children to older adults – with a range of presentations including anxiety, depression, emotional and behavioural problems and relationship issues. She draws upon evidence-based research to inform her practice and will tailor her approach to what feels right for her client. She is considerate and respectful of different cultural backgrounds and values. She uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Schema Therapy to assist her clients.

Vivian also has a particular interest in perinatal health and working with parents to enhance the emotional wellbeing of families. She is deeply passionate about exploring ways to facilitate joyful parenting experiences, with an overarching goal to promote a secure, loving bond between parents and children. She is devoted to assisting mothers and fathers in developing the resilience to overcome the challenges that parenthood may bring. Vivian has facilitated mindfulness parenting programs and her research has primarily focused on understanding the mother-infant relationship.

Vivian completed her Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) with First Class and is currently undertaking her Master of Psychology (Clinical) degree. She has presented her research at International Conferences and has worked as an Academic Tutor teaching undergraduate Psychology students.
