A bit more about me
What has working in and studying psychology taught you?
“The study and practice of psychology has taught me so much about myself, shown me my strengths and weaknesses, and assisted me on my personal growth journey. It’s enabled me to begin to give back some of the care, hard work and generosity that was shown to me in more difficult times in my life.”
What is your self-care ritual?
“Being in nature; I also love going to sleep watching ASMR/meditation videos.”
A fun fact about me is…
“I play the ukulele and love to harmonise with other singers; I’m learning how to make candles and melts from our beeswax; I’ve been stung twice by my own bees.”
