A bit more about me
What has practising and studying psychology taught you?
“A Carl Jung quote comes to mind: ‘Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.’ It’s a privilege to guide clients in this process.”
What is your self-care ritual?
“I love to bake new recipes and try new exercise classes, it’s all about balance after all!”
A fun fact about me is…
“I stop to say hello to every dog on the street, I’ve climbed an active volcano (despite being terrified of them!) and I’m in a book club so I always love to hear what my clients are reading.”
