A little about me
As a psychologist, I’m committed to creating a collaborative and nonjudgmental space where my clients feel safe and supported in exploring their difficulties. I’d describe myself as a warm, authentic and down-to-earth psychologist who uses a person-centred approach to support my clients through managing life’s challenges, improving wellbeing, and embracing a full and meaningful life.
I have experience working across a range of settings including private practice, individual therapy, parenting programs and hospital inpatient/outpatient programs for mood and addiction. I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Sydney and postgraduate qualifications at Bond University and Western Sydney University. I’ve also conducted research across several areas including Alzheimer’s disease, perfectionism and body image dissatisfaction.
My areas of interest are

- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
