A little about me

I believe my role as a clinical psychologist is to create a trusting and safe place where my clients feel comfortable and understood. I love working with people to discover how to best support them, which helps me tailor my approach to meet their specific needs and goals. But most of all, I have a strong passion for helping adolescent and adult clients grow and thrive in order to lead the most fulfilling life they can possibly lead. To do this I use a range of evidence-based therapy techniques to ensure that they feel empowered to learn new skills that will help them overcome the challenges they face.

Having worked in leading hospitals, government organisations and private practices for over 10 years, I have gained a high level of experience for assisting a wide range of clients. I have completed a Bachelor of Psychology and a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology at The University of Sydney, have extensive training from the Anxiety and Depression Unit at St Vincent’s Hospital, the Prince of Wales Adolescent Service, and most recently worked at the Black Dog Institute.
